Personal Research Project - COSMETOLOGY - Summary
Where I'm getting my information from - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmetology
- Cosmetology includes make up artists, shampoo technicians, manicurists, and hair.
- To become a cosmetologist one must get a license to be certified.
- In order to get the license you have to go to school for it which takes approxiametely one year.
- Manicuring, shampoo technicians, hair coloring , and other little things like that also require a license but take less time. Usually between 2 weeks and 6 months.

Summary, "The Culture Of The Nacirema People"
1. The writers of History: The Lighter Side, in there comical, "The Culture Of The Nacirema," published in 1998, addresses the topic of explaining and telling how the Nacirema people are very contradictive and argues that they are the american people.
2. They support this claim by showing how the people can love cats and dogs then kill them, there beliefs support equality yet they are violent and judgemental to each other, and finally how they consider themselves wealthy and outcast the "poor".
3. Dr. Eous's purpose is to inform the American people how we act.
4. They adopt a convincing tone for their audience, the readers of "The Culture Of The Nacirema People," and others interested in the study of antrhopology.
